Collaboration with other social agents
The INSERTA program is one of the routes of creation of employment that contributes to the fulfillment of the aims of the Foundation ONCE. This program is destined to obtain the persons' contracting by disability by solvent companies foreign to the environment of the Foundation ONCE.
The program is based in establish agreements of collaboration between the Foundation ONCE and any businessman who has the intention of contracting persons with disability.
The Foundation offers advice for the obtaining of the public subsidies that foment the contracting of disabled, economic contribution - well in the capital, good by means of other formulae-, and the selection and formation of the disabled candidates. It is a question of a plan " to measurement ", in that the businessmen can choose in what degree there accept the participation and collaboration of the Foundation ONCE.
There has been done special support in which they are the private businessmen those who take the initiative to contract to disabled. And this way it has been, the support of the managerial Spanish fabric towards the disabled persons put of manifest along the Plan on 5.000, and again it has be stating this commitment in the gait of the Plan 20.000/40.000 and we hope that the social commitment of the businessmen meets again reflected in the Plan 8.000/16.000 since every time they are more the businessmen who have verified and experimented on his own companies the social and economic advantages of contracting persons with disability.
