Galenas was set up in 1990 to achieve one of ONCE Foundation main targets: the occupational integration of disabled people.
Initially, convenience shops were established in hospitals, universities, shopping malls and streets, where a large assortment of products (over 20.000) is matched to the surrounding area conditions. The Company operates now over 60 shops throughout Spain and payroll exceeds 380 employees and of this number 92% are disabled.
Each employee is properly trained to fully meet customers’ demands.
Galenas service capacity has expanded into areas such as stationary and printing, companies gifts, furniture, stands design and Christmas presents.
