Fundosa Group, in line with its aims for job generation and management, either directly or in cooperation with financial and social agents, holds small stakes in 27 companies active in different Spanish business sectors: from the more traditional ones, such as food stuffs and cattle breeding, to the most recent and new developments such as the social health care and new technologies sectors. The turnover recorded by the industrial outsourcing sector must be highlighted, for its effects on disabled persons hiring that manufacture and assemble products for well known companies in different sectors. Both large and small leading companies in their own sectors outsource their production processes to companies where Fundosa Group holds stakes.
All told, the payroll of companies where Fundosa holds a minority stake reaches 6000 employees and of that number 76,5% show some disability.
