SOCIAL ACHIEVEMENTS

For 10 years now, ONCE Foundation achievements in the social area are audited by an independent third party that issues a report to validate the number of employment positions generated, occupational jobs and students trained that ONCE Foundation publishes to show its operations outcome.

During the last few years, to determine up to what point those actions co - financed by European funds and enclosed in the so - called “Fight against Discrimination” Operating Programme have been implemented are also audited jointly with the 16.000/32.000 Plan achievements. All the mentioned audits are performed by Price Waterhouse Coopers.

The Barriers-free accessibility results were audited for the first time ever in the 2005 report.

ANNUAL AND CONSOLIDATED ACCOUNTS AUDITING

ONCE’s Board of Trustees for Social Cooperation and Integration of Disabled People, as the top governing body of this institution, commissioned Ernst & Young to audit the year 2008 ONCE Foundation individual and Consolidated Annual Accounts. Sufficient information, as required to meaningful and proper understanding of the mentioned audit performed based on the commonly applied rules and regulations that match those previously applied, is shown by the mentioned audit. As provided for by the legislation in effect, ONCE Foundation Annual Accounts will be submitted to the Surveillance Authorities within ten working days following their approval.
